  9.  ║     There are several modules that can be used to document               ║
  10.  ║     travel/entertainment expenses.                                       ║
  11.  ║                                                                          ║
  12.  ║     Form 2106 is a salespersons IRS facsimile form                       ║
  13.  ║     which can be kept up to date on a monthly basis.                     ║
  14.  ║                                                                          ║
  15.  ║     Since this section encompasses the spreadsheet, the input            ║
  16.  ║     will change as you enter data.  That is add the new amount           ║
  17.  ║     to the last amount and your records is updated as you go.            ║
  18.  ║                                                                          ║
  19.  ║     This form is an exact duplicate of the IRS form and so               ║
  20.  ║     what you tabulate can be transferred to the real form easily.        ║

  22.  ║    You can print the record for your own hard copy file.                 ║

  24.  ║    One other formatted spreadsheet allows you to input expense           ║
  25.  ║    records and again print a hard copy if needed.                        ║

  29.  ║    for you.  This is a handy and fast form to use.  The comments         ║

  32.  ║    The Auto Worksheet is also a spreadsheet that contains a listing      ║
  33.  ║    of possible repair items.  This details precise auto repair           ║
  34.  ║    expenses and also keeps a record of service warranty.  Since          ║
  35.  ║    the form exceeds 80 in column width, print the record if needed       ║
  36.  ║    in the compressed mode on your printer.                               ║

  38.  ║    Another database is called Entertainment and one is called            ║
  39.  ║    TODAY.   These you get into from  <E>                                 ║

  79.  ║     a ready TODAY report, ready to add actual miles, actual time         ║

  83.  ║     used point to point and how much time you spent with an account.     ║

  88.  ║     This plan suggests that you will know in advance how many calls you  ║
  89.  ║     will be making for the week, which accounts to service first.        ║

  92.  ║     a record on auto related expenses, you can monitor your daily        ║
  93.  ║     calls by logging time used, distance and who you called on.          ║

  96.  ║     when you were in the area, do a Search.                              ║
